The Garden is open 24/7 and is comprised of 22 acres, 5 acres of which are gardens, along with numerous cabins, converted buses, and amenities, including an epic outdoor kitchen.

5 day guest visitation period before needing to propose longer stay.
After 3 days, work expectation is 20 hours a week.

Longleaf Layover
Longleaf Layover is Winter hub and rest stop for people participating in the Mutual Aid Network. It's comprised of 3 different small sites in a rural offgrid comunity in Hawthorne, Florida. It's a shared space for the purpose of temporary use, up to two weeks.

Emberfield Heart Collective
Emberfield is comprised of 55 acres in Missouri, and includes a big, beautiful outdoor kitchen, various other builds, crops, and a growing community of committed Embers (members).
Policies:
Visitors are welcome to stay for up to 1 month with facilitation from an Ember.

LakeLand
LakeLand is comprised of a beautifully forested 16 acres near Dale Hollow Lake, adjoining more than 20,000 acres of Army Corp preserve land. Dale Hollow Lake is the biggest lake in Tennessee and has many islands and such in it. LakeLand is a short walk from the lake itself and facilitates boating and other activities on the beach there. LakeLand has an outdoor kitchen and some other amenities, is growing and has full time people there now.

Earthseed is a 430 acre budding ecovillage project in Southern Vermont seeking people to join as members and supporters as the village builds, forms worker collectives, and practices embodied relational practices to build kindness, authentic communication, and peace.

Carya Grove
Carya Grove is a proposed sub-community within Bear Creek Community Land Trust (https://bearcreekcommunitylandtrust.org/) on current Bear Creek Community Land Trust member Tanner's 11 acre leasehold consisting of a mix of sloped and flatter hickory + oak woodland, savannah, and prairie. Right now it is just Tanner along with occasional visitors/friends but would like to find other folks to collaborate, live, and work with.

Does not have strong set in stone ways on how to go about this, but does have some vague ideas and open to ideas and figuring it out along the way.

Mycol does organic food forest farming, ecological restoration, and conservation. Finca Mycol hosts many gatherings every year, and has been a place of community, learning, and love for many years.

With extensive oak hammock, and bordered by lovely canals, Wonderfield is comprised of 20+ acres in Floral City, Florida, north of Tampa Bay, Wonderfield Farms functions at a farm, event space, and educational facility, so it's good to plan ahead to coordinate with Tara when is a good time to help.

Raven's Roost
Raven's Roost is comprised of 2 acres overlooking Asheville, adjoining 300+ acres of conservancy land. There are many funky buildings. Though the initial visitation period is capped at 3 days, there is also possibility of long term Work-Stay, as well as of course longer visits in the future.

Healing Sanctuary
Healing Sanctuary is a rest stop/hub for travelers on a 1/2 acreof land. This space offers healing through natural remedies such as nature, herbal remedies, movement/dance, art, music, and community. Our aim is to be the Change we want to see thru action. We are in the process of creating an off-grid, sustainable space for free people. All are welcome to come rest, heal, regroup, and connect before heading out to their next adventure!
Policies:
Max stay is 5 days with potential for longer stays.

The Habitat
The Habitat is comprised of a mostly wooded 30 acres, with a creek cutting through it and a small, picturesque brook feeding into the creek. The air is clean, with hardly any light or noise pollution, and stellar views day and night.
This is a family space, and often hosts WorkAway folk as well!
The intention of the Land Stewards is to provide ways for folks to visit, immerse in the natural world, practice a simple lifestyle, and hopefully experience a bit of the good life. We aim to maintain a community of people who care for the world and can take care of ourselves and each other. We want to foster beautiful experiences, whatever forms they take. Right now we are working towards a long-term goal of creating a self-sufficient community.
